Paul and Gavin have been extremely busy over the past couple of weeks leasing and selling.
We sold a major development site in Central Queensland – this will be developed into a Truck Stop.
It is on a major highway.
Also been busy with the leasing.
Just leased a shop in Bowen Hills. This will be used for family services.
Negotiating with a hairdresser for another shop in the same complex.
Just finalising the lease of an industrial shed in Moorooka.
Still got plenty of tenants looking for space.
Also looking for service station sites in busy locations.
